Jesus is the eternal Son of God. Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. Jesus perfectly revealed and did the will of God, taking upon Himself human nature yet without sin. In His substitutionary death on the cross He made provision for the redemption of men from sin. He was raised from the dead with a glorified body, appeared to His disciples, ascended to heaven, and is now exalted at the right hand of God where He is the One Mediator.
John 1:1-18, 29, I Corinthians 15:1-8,
II Corinthians 5:19-21, Philippians 2:5-11
The Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is God's revelation of Himself to man. It is divine instruction with God as its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for its matter. All Scripture is totally true and trustworthy, and is a testimony to Christ.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit Is the Spirit of God, Fully Divine. He inspired holy men of old to write the scriptures. Through illumination He enables men to understand the truth. He exalts Christ. He convicts men of sin, of righteousness and of judgement. He calls men to the Savior, and effects regeneration whereby He baptizes every believer into the body of Christ.
Acts 1:8, I Corinthians 2:10-14, 2 Peter 1:21
Man is the special creation of God, made in His own image. By his free choice man sinned against God and brought sin into the human race. Since the Fall, humanity now inherits a nature and environment inclined toward sin. Only the grace of God can bring man into His holy fellowship and enable man to fulfill the creative purpose of God.
Man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin,or in union with God, through forgiveness and salvation. When you die you will either spend eternity in heaven or hell. Eternal separation from God happens in hell. Eternal union with God occurs in heaven.
Salvation involves the redemption of the whole man, and is offered freely to all who believe on Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, Who by His own blood obtained eternal redemption for the believer. There is no salvation apart from personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.
