In January of 2023, by the grace and favor of our Sovereign God, Cornerstone Church had the incredible opportunity to acquire the property at Grassey Lane. It has been quite a journey of many years, filled with fervent prayers and a profound trust in God's perfect timing.

We are truly grateful for His blessings upon us, and we give all the glory to Him for making this acquisition possible. This new property represents not only a physical space but also a significant milestone for our church. We firmly believe that God has marvelous plans in store for Cornerstone Church, and we eagerly anticipate the fulfillment of His divine purposes within these walls.

With this purchase, we have been provided with a unique platform to further our mission of leading people into a life-changing relationship with Jesus.

  • Working with civil engineer
    for water and sewer requirements, & parking lot

  • Floorplan has been finalized

  • Final selection for a general contractor by May 2024

  • Meeting with the Town of Bluffton - Re-zoning approval first phase complete

  • Property Survey Complete and in Hand

  • Traffic Study completed

  • Amend PUD (Planned Unit Development)
